FamilySearch has added 2.1 million indexed records and images from the BillionGraves Index collection, and 753,000 images from the U.S., Washington, County Records, 1856–2009, collection.  Included are 2.9 million additional index records and images for the new New York State Census of 1855 collection and 1 million index records and images from the Texas Birth Certificates collection from 1903-1935.

FamilySearch has also added 23.9 million indexed records and images with new browsable image collections from Belgium, Brazil, Colombia, England, Italy, Mexico, and the United States.  Notable collection updates include the 19 million images from the new United Kingdom, World War I Service Records, 1914-1920, collection, the 2 million index records from the United States, World War I Draft Registration Cards, 1917-1918, collection, and the index records from the New York Passenger and Crew Lists, 1925-1942, collection.

Other new additions to FamilySearch include 8.6 million images of New York State probate records, 1629-1971 (most are pre-1920); some 852,000 veteran’s pension payment cards from 1907-1933 (not completely indexed yet); a browsable image collection of images of Missouri marriage records from 1819 to 1969; and nearly 1 million images of Ohio birth records.

Among Ancestry’s recent additions to its Immigration & Travel section are “UK Outward Passenger Lists, 1890-1960,” which will include those Danish immigrants who traveled indirectly from ports in the UK.
